Refund Policy
All Returns
Must be made within 30 days of the shipment-invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse all other returns.
Refused returns will result in no refunds or adjustments whatsoever and the product will not be returned to you.
In these circumstances only, contact us for a postage-paid mailing label. Include a note with your account number explaining the reason for return and if you're seeking a replacement or return of funds.
Opened Selections (The outer wrap or other seals have been removed from the selection.) If you have opened or removed the outer wrap or other seals from the enclosed selection, NO REFUNDS, ADJUSTMENTS, OR CREDITS WILL BE MADE, unless the selection is defective or arrived damaged.
On selections that you have ordered, unopened selections (the outer wrap and other seals on the selection are intact)can only be returned for a credit of the invoiced amount less the original shipping and processing charges. In other words, you must return them at your expense and we will not refund any shipping and processing charges incurred from the original or prior shipment.
